Hello NAPFA My NAPFA test was on Fridae. I thought I did OKAY... I was happy with my sit ups. I did 44(: My standing broad jump was bleh... I actually did 183 but i landed on my buttock): so it became 164. and 165 is A. I have b lor.. My incline was kay. I hv A I did 20. My shutter run also okay, It is diff to get A I got B>.< I haven' took runnin' yet but I hope my timing is 8 minutes(: I can get A. If I get A for running, my NAPFA points is 27. |
